The character was fully designed and animated in 3D, featuring a modern, friendly, and trustworthy look — embodying the company’s values and making the user experience more human and engaging.
With natural expressions and a strong presence, Tomais acts as a virtual assistant, helping customers navigate RioCard’s services with warmth and efficiency.
